Tuesday and Thursday at 9:30am, by appointment, deliberately while the rooms are full and working. Allow an hour. If neither day works, tell us and we will find something else.

Should I bring my child on a tour?

You are welcome to. Some parents find it easier to look without them; either is fine, and bringing a baby is completely normal.

Do I need to be on the waitlist to tour?

No, and we would rather you toured first. The application fee is non-refundable and there is no sense paying it for a place you have not stood in.

Ratio is counted per room and is not averaged across the day. Oregon maximums are set by the Office of Child Care for certified centers and are revised from time to time — check the current rule with the state rather than relying on any centre's website, including this one.

Allergies and medication. Every child with a diagnosed allergy or chronic condition has a written care plan signed by their physician before their first day. Epinephrine is stored unlocked and at room temperature in the child's own room. All medication requires written authorisation and the original labelled container, and every dose is logged. Authorised pickup. Only adults named on your written, signed pickup list may collect your child. We ask for photo identification from anyone we do not know by sight, every time. Changes are made in writing, and a phoned change is confirmed by calling you back on the number in your file before it takes effect.Full policy
Safe sleep. Infants sleep alone, on their back, in their own crib, on a firm flat mattress with a fitted sheet and nothing else in the crib. Checks are logged every fifteen minutes.Full policy
